Planning and design
BRISBANE AMPOL FUEL REFINERY; Assisting with the Brisbane Ampol Refinery upgrade, involved brown field and green field parameters.
Experienced in carrying out works within fully operational facilities focused on spatial constraints, structural modifications, and safety management within existing, live, or contaminated environments.. Green field focused on speed, high-volume placement, and setup efficiency on clean, undeveloped land. We work with our clients to design a plan of execution that maintains strict health and safety codes for both the plant and workers alike.
New constructions
LEGACY HOUSE- GREENSLOPES
Legacy House was a new build on a significant site. The previous Red Cross Centre for WWII soldiers' site, has been transformed into a collaborative care hub for veterans and their families, connecting medical, mental health, and social services under one roof. The 3-story build in an established area, meant strict calendar milestones, working within tight footprints whilst retaining the integrity and safety the build requires.
Interdisciplinary Co-operation
Many of our builds require interdisciplinary co-operation, put simply, many trades working side-by-side. We pride ourselves on working with both our clients to create comprehensive plans that meet budget and calendar checkpoints and with other trades on site to reduce unnecessary delays and increase general workflow.

Building with Quality and safety
Safety is paramount in this business and the safeguard of our workers, the site itself and equipment on-site, is critical to maintaining this safety. Giraagiraa works alongside the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (Qld) and governed primarily by the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld). Each site generates an individually specialised SWMs and maintains all pertinent WorkSafe Qld paperwork.
